Murs made an in-store appearance at San Jose’s Connoisseur 533 before the boutique’s one year anniversary party at Angel’s on October 27, 2007. He will be featured in the Clout video project which is currently in the works. Met up with Ras Kass before the show to do a little Q&A on video. Check out the Ras Kass cover story in Clout #8. Shouts to Connoisseur for bringing out these two big names in hip hop out to the South Bay.

First of I want to welcome the newest addition to the Connoisseur fam Premium Label. We just got our first shipment in which consisted of the Premium Label X Kanye collabo tee. Yes it really is a REAL collab with Mr. West himself and it's almost all sold out. Be on the lookout in mid January when we recieve the rest of the shipment from the new line.

Also we recieved some really nice cut & sew pieces from Red Clay along with some tees and a new era from Eriffs as well.

Nigel Styled Kicks, and MTV’s Sway

Nike iD teamed up with Nigel Sylvester, Lil’ Mama, and MTV’s Sway among others to introduce the new Nike iD studio at Niketown New York. Bringing a style all his own, Nigel put on a quick demo and then got to the task at hand; designing a pair of custom shoes. Peep Nigel’s design and what he had to say about his custom Air Classic BW’s.




“Well there are 4 colors in my shoe. i started off with black as the base,
it’s just a strong color. the navy blue and white goes with my favorite
fitted hat which is the classic navy blue Yankee, NYC all day feel
meeee. The purple which is my mom’s favorite color just gives
the whole shoe POP! I have to give my lil homie Alex credit because he
helped me a bunch on this design. So in a way each color has its own
little story.”
