Tiger Mandala
A good friend of mine wrote about my work.
Tiger Mandala by Michael Borja Mother Earth is our Universe’s majestic spectacle. Herein lies a vast network of intimate connections where animate and inanimate forms share the same plane. We see that harmony exists amidst the different languages in which nature speaks. Yet, even if we have been blessed to be the most intelligent social creatures that roam this planet, we have been blind to this universal motif of nature’s interconnectedness. Mike’s work exhibits this perspective of the balance within nature. There is the soothing energy from his choice of signature colors, which can trigger a nostalgic sense of synesthesia; he obviously has portrayed the hypnotizing geometries and patterns of plant life, the candid personalities of animals, all along a modest landscape of different faces when seen from space. This is beauty where only the human psyche can and should admire. Nature nurtures, teaches, and listens. But we must not forget that Nature has also become humanity’s forgotten Utopia…. I dare you to reconnect with Mother Earth. Check out his beautiful blog over here ==>> www.commondense.tumblr.com
